I have received the tool without battery or batter charger... no brand on the tool.... when asked for the missing items... i was told sorry... you are on your own... no help offered to "purchase them" nor any other options... NOT even a Brand Name on the tool.... so i could buy from the manufacturer..... what can i do.... I will hang them on the wall and look at them... to collect dust... as i can NOT use it.... why would i pay for something i can not use.... Come on Banggood you can help..
